The invention relates to a device comprising two fins 1 and 2 which are orientable and positioned, one at the front and the other at the rear, in the longitudinal extension of the lower part of a keel 3 of a boat. These two fins are orientable, together or separately, by wheels 4 and 5, with drive 6. Each of them comprises, if required, an extendable part 7 controlled by a separate hydraulic device 8 and 9 and two return springs 10 inside a sliding casing 11 which is integral with the extendable part 7.
