Compounds of the formula I ##STR1## wherein the A ring represents ##STR2## R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are H or CH.sub.3 ; M is a cyclic amino group, are endowed with antiulcer, antisecretory, antimuscarinic and spasmolytic activity.
