PURPOSE:To make efficient work performable, by pushing up a work in a work magazine with a lifter, and feeding the work to a work charging part from the upside of a work receiving device by a hand device. CONSTITUTION:A screw 36 is rotated by drive of a motor 34, and a pusher plate 39 goes up. If so, a pusher bar 33 goes up, whereby a pusher 27 pushes up an O ring in a work magazine 23, and when the O ring at an upper end of the magazine is fitted in a work groove of a work receiving plate 21, a photoswitch senses it, and a rise of the pusher 27 is stopped. A robot hand 2 opening its jaw in this state goes down on the work receiving plate 21, inserting a spool into an inner hole of the O ring W, and then it closes the jaw, holding the work. THus, a work W is pulled out of a hole of the work receiving plate 21 by the hand.
