ISOLATION AND PURIFICATION OF ENZYME SECRETED IN ORGANISM OF JAPANESE BUSH WARBLERS FROM DROPPINGS OF JAPANESE BUSH WARBLERS

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled enzyme useful as basic cosmetic, etc., having removing action on dirt on the surface of human body and beaching action on stain, by suspending droppings of Japanese bush warblers in pure water, centrifuging, filtering the supernatant liquid, filtering the filtrate by an ultrafilter and concentrating. CONSTITUTION:Droppings of Japanese bush warblers are added to pure water, stirred, the stirred suspension is treated by a centrifugal separator and separated into supernatant liquid and precipitate. The supernatant liquid having dissolved an enzyme is filtered by a membrane filter having a great number of bored fine pores to carry out cleaning filtration and organism removal filtration. The filtrate is filtered and concentrated by an ultrafilter prepared by casting an anisotropic polymer consisting of an active layer and a spongy layer into a porous film state to permeate and remove bad-smelling substances such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, etc., the enzyme is contained in the concentrated substance and taken out to isolate and purify the aimed enzyme.
