Prior to the rotation of the automobile body, the center of gravity G of the rotating shaft system including the automobile body is aligned with the center line of rotation with the help of the balance weight B provided to the rotating shaft 5 system and consisting of a first thread rod 41, a first weight 42, a second thread rod 43, and a second weight 44.
