NUMERICAL CONTROL MACHINE HAVING TEACHING FUNCTION

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to write the difficult calculation at the time of generating a working program, and also, to prevent a mistake from being generated, by providing a means for storing in advance a value of the time of positioning, and a means for utilizing this stored value in the program. CONSTITUTION:When an NC machine is operated manually, the momentary position of a cutter is indicated as a system variable. When it has come to a key point for working, a value of this system variable is replaced as a data of a variable which is not cleared automatically even if other program operates. A working program which has used this variable is made. When a prescribed number is inputted at every key point for working, a coordinate of its point is inputted as the same data of the working program which has been determined in advance. In such a way, an operation program is simplified, the generation time is shortened, and a program mistake is decreased.
