PURPOSE:To obtain the titled blow air injecting apparatus, constituted so as to minimize rotational resistance of a rotating body constituting a blowing air injecting tool provided at the back end of a blow pipe and capable of smoothing rotation of the blow pipe driven and rotated integrally with the above-mentioned rotating body and rapidly mounting and demounting the blow pipe. CONSTITUTION:Parts near both ends of a blow pipe (P) are placed on two pairs of carrying rollers 2 and a snap ring provided on the blow pipe (P) is brought into contact with the sides of the pair of carrying rollers 2.
