PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition composed of methoxypropylene glycol, DMF and dicyandiamide, safe to human body, etc., having excellent storage stability and completely miscible with an epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is composed of (A) a mixture of 100pts.wt. of 1-methoxy-2-propylene glycol of formula I and 5-0pts.wt. of 2- methoxy-1-propylene glycol of formula II, (B) DMF and (C) dicyandiamide of formula III.
