PURPOSE:To obtain a healthy food effective in reinforcement of physical strength and recovery of weakening, reduced in the change of an active ingredient with time and mainly containing royal jelly, by adding a ground product or extract of aloe to the royal jelly. CONSTITUTION:A ground product, dried powder or extract of aloe of about 10-40% based on total amount of product is added to royal jelly and the mixture is subjected to refrigeration, freezing or freeze-drying and the resultant healthy food is eaten in an amount of about 3-5g/day.
