Said rotatable incubator 30 is furnished with a culture tube holding member 13 to hold a plurality of culture tubes 14, a driving means 15 for rotating the holding member, an inclination angle adjusting means 32 to arbitrarily adjust the inclination angle of the culture tube holding member 13 from horizontal state to inclined state according to the growth of the material to be cultured and a supporting member 34 to detachably support the culture tube holding member 13.
