PURPOSE:To automatically and accurately moor a buoyancy body at a desired depth by providing a pressure switch activated when the water pressure reaches a preset value on the buoyancy body and stopping the rotation of a rotary drum when the water pressure exceeds the preset value. CONSTITUTION:Before a buoy 1 is thrown into the sea, the buoy 1 and an anchor 2 are integrally connected. The preset value of a pressure switch 4 is adjusted to the water pressure corresponding to the target value of the mooring depth. When the buoy 1 is thrown on the sea, sea water enters a cylinder 11 through holes 6, 15, a dissolving piece 14 is dissolved, a piston rod 12 is shifted to the right by a spring 13, the buoy 1 and the anchor 2 are disengaged, a wire 3 is drawn from a rotary drum 19, and the anchor 2 reaches the sea bottom. Next, a clutch 27 is energized, a drum shaft 14 and a motor shaft is connected, the drum 19 is rotated by the rotation of a motor 26, the mooring wire 3 is wound, and the buoy 1 gradually sinks underwater.
