PURPOSE:To make the reinforcing operation of the ground easier by a method in which geotextiles are laid and fixed to the upside of plural expanded plastic blocks when the blocks are stacked up and fixed. CONSTITUTION:Plural box-shaped expanded styrol blocks 1 are laid on the ground G to form the first slab 2a, and the first geotextile 3a are fixed with an adhesive to the upside of the blocks 1. The blocks 1 are alternately bonded and fixed to the blocks 1 of the slab 2a on the upside of the first geotextile 3a to form the second slab 2b. In the same way, the second geotextile 3b, the third slab 2c,... are orderly formed on the slab 2b, where the number of the blocks 1 for the slabs 2b, 2c,... is reduced beyond the number of the blocks 1 for the slabs 2a, 2b,... to build up a trapezoidal structure S.
