PURPOSE:To reduce a power cost by driving a compressor and a cooling fan in a cooling unit which cools compressed air with an exhaust gas turbine which is driven with exhaust gas from a fuel reformer. CONSTITUTION:Low pressure and high pressure gas turbines 13A, 13b which are cascade-connected are driven with exhaust gas from a fuel reformer 1 and that from an air electrode 3B of a fuel cell 3. Low pressure and high pressure compressors 15A, 15B which are cascade-connected through a cooler 17 are driven with the turbines 13A, 13B, and compressed air is supplied to the fuel cell 3. Cooling units 22a, 22b which supply cooling water to a secondary coil 20 of the cooler 17 are cooled with cooling fans 27a, 27b which are driven with the turbines 13A, 13B respectively. Since the compressors 15 and cooling fans 27 are driven with the gas turbines 13, a power cost can be reduced.
