CONSTITUTION:The device is operated by closing a power supply switch SW1. For incoming to a telephone line L1-L2, a relay Y-1 is operated, and a loop circuit is constituted by a contact y1-1, and a timer 3 is operated bya contact y1-2, and a transistor Q2 is turned on to drive a motor M1, and a tape T-1 for answer runs. Simultaneously, a realy Y-2 is operated, and a motor M2 is driven to run a tape T-2 for receiving, and the voice output of a watch 6 is recorded on the tape. When the customer terminates a business and ring off, the pulse generated at this time is detected by a release circuit 2, and running of the tape T-2 for receiving is stopped after recording voice information indicating the integrated time from a stop watch 8.
