PURPOSE:To reduce the waiting time and to decrease the man-hour by providing a timer counting a prescribed time and switching a telephone set to a nearby extension if no reply comes from the former telephone set within the prescribed time so as to call the extension. CONSTITUTION:The timer 5 counting the prescribed time, any of extensions 7-n is called, then a central processing unit 3 supervises a call consecutive time via the timer 5, If the consecutive time exceeds the prescribed time, the call is switched from the called extension to the nearby extension.
