CONSTITUTION:A detailed information extracting means 2 is operated immediately before comparison, transferring and arithmetic processing parts 3, of data and extracts the position during the present processing on a program description, and the type, etc., of the instruction which comes to be the cause of the unfair decimal data exception generation, from a debugging item 6. Next, when the unfair decimal data exception occurs during the instruction execution of the comparison, transferring and arithmetic processing parts 3 of the data, the control is shifted to a data exception processing part 4 and the output means 5 of the detailed information is activated by the data exception processing part 4. The detailed message including the position and the type of the instruction is called and outputted from a debugging item 6.
