ANALYSIS PROCESSING METHOD FOR TYPE ELEMENT OF JAPANESE LANGUAGE

PURPOSE:To improve processing efficiency by providing an algorithm which accepts only words whose calculated appreciated values are over a specified value as candidate words in case of selecting the words having maximum likelihood appreciated value. CONSTITUTION:In case of selecting the word having the maximum likelihood appreciated value the algorithm is provided, which accepts only the words whose calculated appreciated values are over the specified value as the candidate words. Namely, the processing like an unknown word processing is previously made not to be executed, so that the number of the candidate words can be reduced to as small number as possible. And by reducing the number of the candidate words, the number of times of back tracks can be reduced. Thus, the processing efficiency can be improved.
