CONSTITUTION:Proper amounts of boiled rice a, an ingredient b and boiled rice a' are successively packed into a cubic molding dent part 2 of a mold 1. Then, the packed materials are pressed under pressure in the molding dent part 2 by lowering a pushing plate 6 into a square pillar-shaped boiled rice bulk A containing the ingredient b. Then, the boiled rice bulk A is taken out from the molding dent part 2, laver c is rolled around the outer periphery of the boiled rice bulk in a cylindrical state and further cut into a proper shape such as triangle, tetragon, etc., so that sandwich A' of rice ball always having uniform size and hardness can be surely and hygienically produced.
