The method for cultivating microorganisms is characterized in that it consists in a biphase culture wherein: a) microorganisms are cultivated on a solid nutrient medium (''step a''), b) after culture, said solid medium colonized by the microorganisms is fragmented (''step b''), c) a liquid nutrient medium (''step c'') is seeded with the fragments obtained in (''step b''); after the microorganisms have grown, they are collected.
