摘要

The present invention is concerned with human low affinity Fc epsilon -receptor and the water-soluble part thereof starting with amino acids from about 50 to about 150 of the human low affinity Fc epsilon -receptor, preferably with the N-terminal Met-Glu-Leu-Gln-Val-Ser-Ser-Gly-Phe-Val-, their isolation, recombinant preparation and purification. The prepared human low affinity Fc epsilon -receptor, preferably the water-soluble part thereof, is suitable for the treatment of local and allergic reactions induced by expression of IgE and may be incorporated into the suitable pharmaceutical compositions.
