The double beams of the rear part each comprise round steel bores with end parts (26) bent at right-angles outside the hinges and forming stops when the side parts (12) are lowered. The side parts consist of U-shaped bent round bars forming vertical beams (14) from which project console beams (16) for baking plates (42). - Above each console on the side parts are manually displaceable arrestors (34) with downwardly directed projections (40) which grip over the side edges (44) of the baking plates.
