1. A suspension device comprising a tubular element (1) of which one end (3) is open, while the opposite end (5) has an opening for the passage of a substantially concentric threaded rod, which bears at one end a guide member (15) associated with a nut and being engaged in the two ends of a thin band (18) in such a manner as to form a collar characterized in that said tubular element (1) is provided with at least one substantially longitudinal guide slot (13) in which slides said guide member (15) provided with at least one corresponding guide lug (17) and in that said suspension device comprises a second nut (23) mounted on the threaded rod (9), outside the tubular element (1) on the side where the opening for the passage of the threaded rod is provided, making it possible, when it is tightened against the tubular element (1), to cause said guide member (15) to slide in the longitudinal slot (13) in the latter, and said guide member carrying with it the band inside said tubular element (1), through the open end of the latter, in order to tension it and/or tighten it around the pipe (25) or the like which is to be suspended.
