The present invention relates to a forestry working machine, especially intended, for shaping trees. It comprises means providing the longitudinal translation of the tree to be shaped, through cutters 2, 3 which clamp the trunk of the said tree, means being provided for rotating the cutters relative to the tree. It applies particularly to shaping trees from which it is desired to remove a large amount of the bark.
