Compsn. comprises 1-99 wt.% of bis-(hydroxy-aryl)alkane type thermoplastic polycarbonate resin, 99-1 wt.% of random polymer comprising 70-90 wt.% of monovinyl aromatic monomer, repeating unit 2-24 wt.% of maleimide monomer repeating unit and 2-24 wt.% of alpha,beta-ethylenically unsatd. cyclic acid anhydride monomer, repeating unit and ethylene/propylene/conjugated diene terpolymer grafted with styrene/acrylonitrile copolymer, methyl methacrylate/N- phenyl maleimide copolymer or polymethyl methacrylate in an amount of 1 to 20 pts.wt. relative to 100 pts.wt. of the total of the former two ingredients.
