Flexible implants (1, 2, 3) described above for performing osteosynthesis stabilizing fractures are made of short rods (1, 2), an upper and a lower, used for fixation of the fracture of the neck of femur, as well as a long rod (3) used as such or with another long rod (3) and with the short rods (1, 2) to stabilize the double fractures, and passing through the femoral neck and any part of the femur under the great trochanter, or only with another long rod (3) to stabilize the diaphyseal fractures of the tibia and femur. Are also described working instruments necessary for an effective surgery in the smooth and stable osteosynthesis by means of flexible implants (1, 2, 3).
