Image motion detection device by two-stage parallel search of logarithmic distortion function

The circuit is an estimating encoder equipeed on the transmitter transmitting the television picture image having wide band through the telephone line having narrow band. The circuit detects the image motion by the method that searches the algebraic distortion function with two parallel step. The image motion is estimated in real time and the estimated transmission information is minimised because the unnecessary harmonics are removed.
