The integrated circuit separates the digital information signal and digital synchronous signal in a data-paket of letterbroadcasting. The circuit minimizes the effects of voltage and temperature and speeds up a switching velocity of output. The circuit includes a buffer circuit amplifying input signal, an active filter (2) eliminating high frequency components of input signal, a sampling circuit (3), a memory circuit (4) memorizing output voltage of the sampling circuit, an impedance buffer (5), a comparator (6), the first driver circuit (7), an amplifier (8), a resonant circuit (9), a comparation voltage generator (10), the second driver (12) and a voltage supplier.
