For the continuous display and adaptation of the available work capacity, there is provided a number of availability magazines (2A to 2I) which are each assigned to a type of activity or to an employee. Located in each availability magazine is a number of tokens (4), each representing a work value, namely the labour costs for a fixed time unit ZE.
