Coupled flowing-water power plant, optionally combined with a river-water oxygen enrichment plant - set up for operation of a buoyancy power plant

By anchoring a buoyancy power plant under the surface of a flowing body of water, and coupling it with a flowing-water power plant of any type, optimum exploitation of the energy of flow of a river, even if the water level is low or the river is covered by ice, can be achieved through this combination of equipment. By having a river-water oxygen enrichment plant as an add-on to the buoyancy power plant, the combination of the buoyancy power plant with the flowing-water power plant - by which the flow of the river is exploited - means that constant availability of the river-water oxygen enrichment plant is ensured. In this way, a continual and lasting enrichment of the river water with oxygen with a large biological effect - especially in polluted waters - can be achieved.
