In a contraceptive which serves as a protection against AIDS viruses for the individual representing the female partner during sexual intercourse and comprises a support that can be fixed to the body of the individual and at least one condom-like tube that projects from the inner surface of the support, is formed or arranged on the support and is open on only one side, the support is designed as briefs with short legs which are designed to be at least divided lengthwise at a point on the periphery and whose separation edges can be connected to one another by folding over, the support is formed by a film-like thin plastic skin which is provided, at least in parts but preferably over the entire area, with the exception of the section covering the vagina and the pubic region, with an adhesive layer on its side facing the body, and the section covering the vagina and the pubic region is delimited on its periphery by a seal that is vacuum-tight on contact with the body, this section having a valve reaching to the outside of the briefs.
