The device comprises two articulated identical branches 1, 2 each of which comprises: - a slide 10 equipped with a retractable peg 11 allowing its fastening to the profiled part; - a spacer 20 connected to the articulation axis A; - a screw 30 whose tightening makes it possible to bring the slide closer to the spacer and ensure the final secure fastening of the assembly. Tightening may therefore be obtained by means of a tool simply passed into a lateral orifice 41 of each profiled part; furthermore, the slide retains a degree of freedom in rotation relative to the spacer, which makes it possible to choose the face of the profiled part in which the piercings will be made.
