Device making it possible to gain access to the upper part of a concrete post 1 or of the corner post of a building, consisting of a reservation part 5 incorporated in situ in the said post or building wall, inside which is located removably a spindle 6 whose length is such that its ends form with respect to the adjacent faces of the post or of the building a projection of a size sufficient to provide the width necessary to support the feet of the operator. The reservation part 5 comprises at each end a hollow plate 5a intended to be force- fitted by clipping onto positioning inserts 4 placed in line at regular intervals on the inner walls of the mould 2 or of the formwork. The invention may be applied to the manufacture of electrification pylons or to the construction of buildings comprising a structure made of concrete posts. IMAGE
