The objective of the invention consists in ploughing salty soils keeping the upper fertile layer at the surface of the soil and mixing the lower layers with one another. This objective is achieved with the aid of a device comprising coulter-props fixed to the frame 1 coming into contact with the layer to be ploughed at an angle of 5 to 10 DEG with respect to the vertical longitudinal plane of the device and moving away at the upper part up to an angle of 75 to 83 DEG with respect to the horizontal plane. Cone-type lateral plates 9, 10 chopped off at their front part are mounted on the props. A ploughshare 4 of twisted surface-area is mounted between the props.
