The invention comprises: a frame 1, notches 2, two openings 4 through which, it is possible to remove, on either side, the bottom 3 of the module, held locked by the pins 7. At the upper level of the openings 4, and over the entire internal surface of the module, a trellis 8 is stretched out using rods 9. A capillary-diffusion irrigation pipe 10, held by fasteners 12, is placed on a first layer of earth deposited on the trellis, and then the entire module is filled with earth of a predetermined density. The points A and R, at frame level, are equipped with a rapid hydraulic connection system. The juxtaposed modules, which can be transported, make it possible to create, in dry weather, cultivated areas ready-made with irrigation, fertilisation and heating.
