The container (1) has an upper (3) and a lower part (2), separated by a disk (9) assembled of several flexible segments. The upper part (3) can be closed with a hinged lid (6). For use a knot is tied in the end of a soft plastic tube and the nappy inserted. The package is pushed through the segments by lowering a stick-shaped handle (7,8) acting on an element on top of a toothed gear. The teeth of the gear engage with the teeth located at the outer edge of the disk (9) pulling at the tube and closing its upper end.
