The practice ball is joined to a fixed cylindrical rod (12), made of rubber material. This is fixed vertically to the end of a horizontal bar (2) connected to a vertical bar (1) by a bracket (3) which it can pivot on. A bar (4) is hinged (5) on the horizontal bar by one end. Its other end (7) hooks into one of a set of holes (6a) in a plate (6) joined to the vertical bar, to adjust the height of the ball.
