Cloning of the bioA, bioD and bioF genes of Bacillus sphaericus, vectors and transformed cells and process for preparing biotin

The present invention relates especially to a DNA sequence corresponding to one of the following genes of the biosynthetic pathway of biotin in bacteria: bioA gene, bioD gene and bioF gene. Vectors containing these sequences make it possible to transform other microorganisms in order to improve the production of biotin.
