Fresh pastes with natural products and West Indian and exotic flavours, or with derivatives of fresh (lactic) cheeses (buttermilk, whey)

The invention relates to the manufacture of fresh nourishing pastes with exotic fruits and vegetables on the one hand, and which are dietetic or therapeutic on the other hand, with whey and buttermilk or with bee pollen. The flours necessary for making these pastes will be taken from local vegetables and fruits processed and used within 48 hours and the whey and buttermilk will be taken from local fresh (lactic) cheese manufacture. All these products being intended, primarily, for satisfying local requirements.
