Each of these sections A, B, C comprises various instruments making it possible to carry out the various operations for positioning and measuring, in a simple, rapid and rational manner, by virtue mainly of the support caps 2 and rings 3 for receiving the holding clamps VII passing through, gripping handles 7, the U-shaped profiled member 8 supporting a spirit level VIII, ensuring perfect verticality, the removable hook 20 for attaching the cord V, and the metric graduations 21 which can be read directly.
