Microbiological method of preparing human angiogenin and conversion of the enzyme thus obtained into its active form

Process for preparing the active form of human angiogenine: - by culturing a bacterium E. coli, capable of ensuring the stability of a plasmid containing an inducible promoter Ptrp, a ribosome-binding site (that of the cll gene of the bacteriophage lambda not containing the sequence rR1) and the angiogenine-encoding sequence modified for use of the codons in E. coli; - and by converting the enzyme in vitro into its active form.
