PURPOSE:To prevent damage to articles by firstly placing an air hose, at the time of starting conveyance, in contractive movement to be followed by inflating movement in the captioned system provided with a roller unit which appears or disappears, according to inflation or contraction of the air hose, in a groove of a longitudinally and slantingly provided rail. CONSTITUTION:A flow shelf system is composed of the plural number of slantingly laminated stages of rail 11 forming a groove 16 which is provided, inside it, with an air hose 20 and a roller unit 19, composed of a roller group 17 and a support body 18 rotatably supporting said group 17. By inflating the air hose 20 through supplying compressed air, the roller unit 19 is pushed up and a pallet 14 is transferred along the slanting direction of the rail through the roller group 17 by means of gravity. In this case, the captioned system is provided with two setting circuits, that is, a circuit which sets latitude in time for projecting the roller unit 19 to transfer articles and a circuit which sets latitude in time for sinking said unit 19 to stop transfer of the articles, and also provided with a control circuit to firstly put the latter setting circuit into action at the time of starting conveyance.
