METHOD FOR PREPARING STRIP-LAYOUT DRAWING IN PROGRESSIVE DIE DESIGN

PURPOSE:To prevent mistakes in preparation and to largely reduce labor by using a copying module and various operation module based on working shape data by the unit and by automatically preparing a strip.layout drawing containing a bend. CONSTITUTION:A copying module 6, when an input working shape graphic is that other than a bend graphic, determines a position of this graphic, and determines a graphic shifted one after another in the feeding direction to store it in a graphic data.file 12. A sum graphic operation module 7, if there is an overlapped graphic on the same pitch, performs these sum operations; a sum graphic operation module 8, if these is an overlapped graphic on a pitch adjacent to it, performs these sum operation. A difference-graphic operation module 9 performs difference operation between a material graphic and an output graphic of the sum operation module. An operation module 10 takes out a bend working shape graphic and when there is an overlap with the difference graphic operation module 9, it performs a bend working with this.
