ZOOM VARIABLE POWER CONTROL METHOD IN MICROREADER/ PRINTER

PURPOSE:To improve the operability at the time of copying and setting a projecting magnification by controlling two zoom lens whose one is used for controlling continuously variable power and the other is used the variable power at every arbitrary step. CONSTITUTION:The titled microreader/printer has two modes of a normal mode (mold 1) for executing continuously variable power and a step mode (mode 2) for executing the variable power at every plural magnifications which have been set in advance. Switching of said two modes is executed by a mode changeover switch 2, and the mode at that time is displayed by a mode display LED 3. In this regard, the mode changeover switch 2 is switched alternately to both the normal and the step modes whenever it is depressed once. In such a way, in the normal mode, magnification fitted with its film can be set, and also, in the step mode, it is also possible to set quickly to an arbitrary prescribed magnification.
