PURPOSE: To enable liquid or the like to be continuously fed and perfectly clean the inner face of a rod pipe by alternately feeding detergent, cement, or sand and solid spacers charged in branch pipes provided along a pipe line in prescribed procedures. CONSTITUTION: Branch pipes 4, 5 are provided along a pipeline 1 between a rod and a leakage water preventing chemical force feed pump 3, the branch pipe 4 is charged with detergent, cement, or sand 10, the branch pipe 5 is charged with solid spacers 8, and this system is constituted so that the charged objects 8, 10 and the leakage water preventing chemical are alternately fed to the pipeline 1 according to prescribed procedures. Solid partition layers are interposed between liquids by solid spacers 8 to prevent air chambers from generating, the chemical, and charged objects 8, 10 are continuously fed to the pipeline 1. Further the spacer 8 slips on the inner face of a rod pipe to clean it, and the spacer 8 itself becomes clogging material for the leakage water position to be able to improve the water cut-off effect.
