CRANE SCHEDULING OPERATION SYSTEM IN AUTOMATIC WAREHOUSING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To equalize the service of a crane so as to enhance efficiency by operating delivery, re-receipt and receipt according to the order of priority, checking if there is any re-receipt request at the time of completion of delivery, and if there is a re-receipt request, giving it priority over other receipts. CONSTITUTION:The schedule unit 15 per crane of a controller 14 performs delivery operation on a delivery request. At the time of completion of delivery operation or in the absence of a delivery request, it is checked if there is any re-receipt request. When there is a re-receipt request, a command for re-receipt is given to a crane 11. Next, it is checked if there is any receipt request, a command for receipt is given to the crane 11 when there is a receipt request. For the receipt operation, a receipt rack determining processor 16 checks a number of pallets which are not delivered yet and performs the layout of receipt racks so as to inform the schedule unit 15 per crane of this data. This constitu tion can equalize the service of the crane so as to enhance efficiency.
