PURPOSE: To reduce a temperature difference on a surface and prevent the occurrence of cracking by placing and curing concrete after spraying material of low heat conductivity all over the outside of a form, and spraying material of low heat conductivity on the surface right after the removal of the form. CONSTITUTION: After a heat insulating material such as a hard urethane of extremely low heat conductivity is sprayed all over the outside of a metal framed form 1 and layered thereon at a thickness of 2 cm or more, concrete 3 is placed. After it is cured, the form is removed and a heat insulating material 4 such as a hard urethane foam of extremely low heat conductivity is immediately sprayed all over a concrete surface at a thickness of 2 cm or more. In this way, a change in volume possibly caused by different temperature changes on respective parts of the concrete right after the placement of mass concrete and after the removal of the form constrains free deformation to thereby constrain the tensile strength of the concrete, so that tensile stress over the tensile strength of the concrete may be developed to prevent the occurrence of cracking.
