PURPOSE: To prevent the degradation of separating performance by deficiency of unhulled rice by returning the unhulled rice via a circulation path to a supply tank of an oscillation type separator in a range where the srrrage quantity does not exceeds a limit according to the storage quantity of the tank. CONSTITUTION: The fresh mixed rice supplied from a supply path 14 to the supply tank 1 is supplied from the tank l to the swinging type separator 4. If the supply to the supply tank 1 from the supply path 14 exceeds a lower level sensor 2, the amt. of the supply to the swinging type separator 4 is to be regarded as sufficient, but actually, the sepn. is easier as the unhulled rice mixing rate of the mixed rice is higher and, therefore a selector valve 11 is selected to a take-out path 12 side and the unhulled rice is taken out when the storage quantity of the supply tank 1 arrives at an upper level sensor 3 and the sensor is on. On the other hand, when the storage quantity does not arrive at the upper level sensor 3 and the sensor is off, the selector valve 11 is selected to the circulation path 13 side regardless of whether the sepn. is good or not and the rough rice is returned to the supply tank 1.
