PURPOSE:To prevent a deformation such as a warp by inhibiting imbalance in a shrinkage factor after molding, by a method wherein an injected molten plastic material is circulated between both molding surfaces while holding expansion is almost similar shapes to those forms. CONSTITUTION:A material P overflows by flowing through a trunk part 17a and each branch part 17b of an adjusting groove 17. In this instance, as an overflowing quantity through the trunk part 17a is large, a comparatively large flow of the material P is generated on both sides of the trunk part 17a, a flow through each branch part 17b joins with the flow of the material P and the flows of the material P are joined with each other even between adjoining both the branch parts 17b. With this construction, the material P circulates between both first molding surfaces 141, 161 by keeping extension in almost similar shapes to those forms, that is, almost rectangular extension and extended almost evenly to both the first molding surfaces 141, 161. A reinforcing fiber is oriented along the flow of the material P. A fiber-reinforced plastic product whose deformation has been suppressed is obtained by circulating an injected molten plastic material containing the reinforcing fiber between both the molding surfaces of a movable and stationary molds by keeping extension in almost similar shapes to those forms.
