PURPOSE:To make it possible to use as a protector instantly in an unexpected incident assaulted by a ruffian, for example, by providing plural swordproof and bulletprrof plates developable to widen the protectable area, and utilizing a metallic linear elastic body to develop them rapidly in a single motion of an operation button. CONSTITUTION:At the upper side 1a of a swordproof and bulletproof base plate 1, a fixing member 3 and a grip 4 are provided, and an operation button 5 linking to the fixing member 3 to develop sowrdproof and bulletproof plates 2 rapidly in a single motion, which can be operated easily under the condition of holding the grip 4, is provided. Furthermore, hinges 6 are arranged at the sides 1b, except the upper side 1a, of the front side or the rear side of the swordproof and bulletproof base plate 1, to make it possible to develop a single or plural swordproof and bulletproof plates 2, and at the sides 1b, metallic linear elastic bodies such as a kick spring or a hair spring are provided to facilitate the development of the plates 2. At the same time, the swordproof and bulletproof plates 2 are fixed to the fixing member 3 under the condition of folding them, a decoration of a synthetic resin of the like as if it is an attache case is given to the outer surface, and the appearance is made as if it is a normal attache case.
