PURPOSE:To automatize knowledge processing operations by repeating preparation of other information groups in accordance with information groups of a prescribed size based on intellectual estimation. CONSTITUTION:By previously deciding an information constitution of a fixed size and format, information is inputted from many and unspecified persons and collected from a wide range of monitors. When the information from each monitor is real information, a high certainty can be expected to an estimated whole figure even if the information from each monitor is partial or fragmentary one. Since this estimation is carried out by repeating the step of 'information groups a new information group' by transformed estimation, even variable information can be coped with immediately.
